I serve my clients as a business coach, trainer, consultant and mentor offering coaching for individuals or teams.  I work both in English and Hungarian.

I have worked in the last twenty-some years of my career in different sales and management  at international enterprises. I developed international sales for data centre solutions, and often had to tackle critical business situations, so my business experience helps me to be a better negotiator, communicator and ultimately a better business coach.

Let’s take one by one each point why you should work with me as your coach:

1.) Honesty is a priority for me. I’m not a guru, I do not overcommit neither underdeliver: I only work with customers  based on mutual trust.

I do not want to coach all the world, what I want is to coach people all around the world – being on the same frequency as me, having the compassion, having a dream for something big, and being  dedicated and committed – just as I’m committed to my client. I’m warning you, that changes are in you, a coach will not do the “homework” for you – you cannot shortcut the path for self-awareness to reach your goals. There are no shortcuts with me.

2.) I worked 23 years in IT and channel development business

I started coaching in 2018, I’m a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and earned a designation of Associate Certified Coach (ACC). If you do not want to struggle with someone lacking a business background and understanding of your environment, choose me as your coach. I built my career with Fortune 500 companies like HP, an IT wholesales managing 10M USD a year. A global electronic supplier for retails in managerial positions as sales leader or team leader.  I believe experience does count and brings value to a coaching relationship. Without business accumen and background it’s harder to get to the same frequency. My mentors always said: you cannot take your customer further than where you are. I totally agree with this and I still keep on working on myself to take my customers further.

3. I will listen to you without prejudice or evaluation

All my career I worked with people with different backgrounds, social status, race and religion. I work with humans and find the value in each of my clients, and can help develop at all levels – I’m unbiased and do not judge people, rather seek help for their problem. I respect cultural diversity and confirm each person is valuable and these values must be built on.

4. I raise the good questions.

When you choose a coach, you want a change in your life. You need to define your goals, not just express “I should”, “I need to” type of wishes. You tell me what YOU WANT. People usually do not have a single passion and they are often not even aware of what they REALLY want. I can work with you to find out the answer for this question. Then you will be able to clarify your goals and break down your big goal into small actionable steps.

What you should know about me?

For the last 14 years, I developed international sales for data centre solutions, managed company acquisitions and rebranding, where I often brought out the best from critical business situations.

My assignments for different regions have brought exciting meetings with new cultures and new perspectives. I consider myself as a lifetime learner. Over the years, I have developed a particular sensitivity to solve my partners’ business problems. The different coaching methodologies have given me new tools on how to manage people and relationships.

I completed a business personal development business coach training in 2018. I’ve initiated launching a peer coaching program at Budapest Business Center of EATON, focusing on the integration of newly appointed mid-managers with international background. We have over 500 internal client coaching hours. Becoming a leader is a process; leaders are not born but are formed under a purposeful learning process and accommodation to the new role.

An objective coach can help clients to clarify their drives and goals. Based on my experience I felt committed to helping experts and managers struggling with bottlenecks through my personalized coaching programs to complete their business and career aspirations and being their best selves. I also foster pro-bono secondary school student career orientation via HiSchool Foundation. I hold an ACC certification from ICF. (International Coaching Federation)
